After the crew welcomes you with a cup of coffee and cake, the skipper will guide you on a safety tour and will show you your cabin or saloir cage. Before leaving the harbor an information-briefing about the tour will be given.

With Dutch schooner VERTROUWEN we will sail the Oosterschelde, the Westerschelde, the Noordzee, the Haringvliet before entering Hollands diep, the Volkerak, the Krammer and the Oosterschelde again. You will discover a beautiful nature, typical dutch coastlines and a rough open sea where the ship will be in its element.

Of course you are invited to join the crew. If you like you may assist with steering, navigation, raising and spreading the sails or supporting the skipper with the moorings.

First day we will spend the night in the port of Vlissingen. After joining diner you can relax on the ship with a drink or go for an early sleep in your cabin/cage because the new day will sign up soon . Of course there is also the possibility to visit an old-sailor pub down town. At dawn we will sail along the coastline of Walcheren to the wide open sea, heading North.

Second day at sunset we will search for a nice and peaceful anchor place at the Haringvliet. Depending the weather, we will start up a BBQ/grill depending the weather, and together we will join a cozy and atmospheric evening with a lot of strong stories.

Last day we will pass a couple of Europe's busiest locks to enter the Oosterschelde again to Marina Roompot.
